Return a Product:

If you purchased a physical product and you weren't completely satisfied with your purchase or for whatever reason, please send an email with your order # to hello@toaststudionyc.com. 

** In the email, there MUST be an order # and proof of damaged/can not be used product(s) **

In the event of a damaged/can not be used product, a refund will be processed or an exchange whichever you see fit.

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL

Our collection drops are hand made each time so there is no refund/exchange unless there is proof of damage to product or wrong product was sent.

Lost or Stolen Items:

It is unfortunate that sometimes, our orders do get lost or stolen before it reaches you! In the event of this occurring, it is best to contact your local post office or UPS for further assistance. It is outside of our control once the order has been handed off to shipping couriers like USPS or UPS.
